What a beautiful secret
The accommodation was great, the views great, the walks up and down to the beaches tough but worth it. Will definitely go again. Two days too short!

The best
Easily one of the best and most remote places on earth. Yet still easy enough to get to without too much trouble.
The dirt roads are fun after a heavy rain but that adds to the adventure. Don't let it deter you as it really isn't too far and the pay off is a beautiful totally equipped chalet with all the things you need to have the best time. The walk back up from the beach can be strenuous for anyone that isn't used to using their legs :D But what a treat that beach is!

Bishops Cove Rock
We stayed at Bishops Cove from 17 to 21st April 2015 and was blown away by the hospitality and breath taking views. We were very fortunate to have stayed in the Main house and can recommend this for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Ed and Sally are amazing people and know just how to handle the guests at Bishops Cove. We arrived as holiday guests and left as friends. Will definitely be back!!

Enjoyable stay
The main house with its spectacular views is stunning. Pictures do not do justice to the place. The kitchen was well equipped so one can cook to your hearts content. The walking trails are quite steep however Joe the local "guide" dog is very eager to show you the way. Bishops Cove is secluded and well hidden away, the best place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Thanks to Ed and Sally for the warm welcome and your hospitality, we hope to visit Bishops Cove again in future.

Beyond beautiful

Idyllic, peaceful setting
Bishop's Cove is perched on the edge of the spectacular Tsitsikamma coast with majestic views from all of the cottages. The accommodation is delightful and is equipped with everything one needs for a relaxed getaway. A nature lover's paradise with beautiful scenic walks and a pretty, sheltered beach!
