Very disappointing
Looking at the pictures of Bergvallei Estate on your website we thought it would be great to stay at. We were extremely disappointed upon arrival with the lack of maintenance to the property.it has not been looked after and is in no way a venue I would recommend to anyone.
I do however have to mention that it our room was very clean!

One night Stay
Very friendly and accomodating people. I requested our room to be ready a little earlier and received wonderfull service. Simple and comfortable room clean and Tidy.

The "room" was embarrassing. A converted space under a flight of stairs, with walls so paper thin we were kept up all night by the other guests. The bathroom was even worse. I could hardly fit between the toilet and the basin to use the loo and had to have a cold shower because the geyser had run out of hot water. Money wasted. This place is a joke.

Great Stay
Peaceful, calming, restful weekend. We had a lovely stay at Bergvallei, beautiful place and friendly staff always greeting with a smile. Mother Nature gave a few hiccups but due to good management it was sorted in a jiffy. Loved the atmosphere and the layout of the estate is breath taking.

Not a Place for a Family with Children
Very Nice place to get away to be alone and clear your mind not a place to go with children the pool is for Photo's only and not for swimming. No place for the children to play. so for a Wedding it is Perfect and the rooms are spacious.

Good value for price
We had a nice stay. Basic room, neat and clean. Very easy to find place and close to many things. Nice place for what we paid. The place good use a new paint job and the garden was neglected. Neighbours was a bit loud and sound travels in the hallway.
