Not up to standard
The accommodation was not quite the standard we expected.
I had to ask twice for more towels (booking for 4 people, only 2 towels in the cabin).
The shower still had bundles of hair on the floor as if it hasn't been cleaned after the previous accupants.
The bedding (sheets and duvet covers) were very old and thin. Not sure if it was actualy clean...
No hot water at the sink in the kitchen.
The kettle was in a questionable state. Dirty on the outside.
The swimming pool was extremely dirty.

worst organisation ever
We arrived and no one was there, we had to drive around to find anyone how could give us a key and show the place. Seems like all the stuff was on holiday, but why didn't they let us know, that no one will be there??? Challets were OK, quite clean, but really simple, for this price we expected a bit more.

Comfortable accommodation. Enjoyed the rustic, easy setting. The bungalows need a bit of revamping, but nothing serious.

Almost Tragic
Good stay. No hot shower for almost two days.Stranded for approx three hours during river rafting and end up in Namibia without any assisting guide.Resturant only seasonal. Owerbos assist with their delicious pizza.NEVER AGAIN!!!

The most amazing place to take a break on route to Namibia, great hospitality really kind people assisting you.
Had a lovely braai on the banks of the Orange River, and gladly recommend it to our friends and family.

Pleasant stay at Aquacade
The Aquacade Chalet was clean, and cute. We managed to get very lost on the way there and the Aquacade team were amazing in coming to the rescue! We only spent one short night there, but would go back if heading to Namibia again.
