Clean, comfortable and friendly
This is the perfect launch pad for a Route 62 trip. Monica is a gracious and friendly host. The room was very clean and the breakfast was just perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Our house was well stocked and comfortable. The whole complex is well maintained and the gardens very pretty. Secure parking.

Pleasant and cosy
Our stay at Anchorage Inn was definitely an enjoyable one, and it had more than what we expected. We were greeted by the friendly owners of the inn who immediately made us feel as if we were right at home. The space was perfect and extended the feeling of both homliness and comfort. What we enjoyed the most was the smell of fresh air and the sound of nature every morning, while standing on your patio, which was complemented with a traditional grape vine finish on the patio and a beautiful well maintained garden overlooking the suburbs of Montagu. The location is great, away from the holiday-busy main road; but also not too far from everything. Overall I would recommed the stay to anyone travelling along Route 62 and stopping off at Montagu.

In the lap of luxury
Owners Joop and Monica really went out of their way to make our short stay very, very enjoyable. Everything is just so clean, comfortable and pleasant that we felt sad to leave. Montague and Anchorage Inn will see us again - hopefully soon!
