to be honest I was disappointed with their hospitality, their rooms are not up to standard and it looked like they don't care about their visitors, the only excelent thing was their boat trip

Its a nice place beautiful facilities especially for the kids only the swiming pool needs to be fixed

Our stay was beautiful. The place is beautiful but they need to invest on proper beds.

We are all in aches.

We will definitely recommend people more especially because they accommodate kids.

We enjoyed our stay,friendly staff and a beautiful place ! The double bed room we had is small but liveable,maybe can do with space to hang clothes ,other than that no complaints wrt sleeping area ! The restaurant is tops,the food was better than my own home cooked meals and the breakfast out of this world ! the only disappointment had was that as a weekend guest had to take step back for day visitors that arrived for angling,there was no space for me on Sunday and Monday early ! Definitely not a place for angling,not plenty space for that,but for a family getawayi will definitely recommend it to anyone !

Very up and coming resort, camping sites needs more attention and security is lacking, but love restuarant and everything to do is very good.

My daughter and I stayed there on the 21 September. Thinking it was self catering we arrived with a cooler bag full of food. What a disappointment when we got to the room. Hidden in a bush in the back of nowhere we where taken to a room no bigger than a shoebox. No tv no towels no fringe no microwave. A kettel one cup and saucer!!! So having nothing to do but go to sleep at 8oclock we start off with neighbors having one hell of a fight. That fighting carried on until we think the man passed out!! The crying woman eventually put us too sleep. How amazed were we the next morning to find the voices of what we heard through the walls to be the people running the restaurant. The best part of the whole stay was the breakfast. There was a guy named john who was running around trying to keep everyone happy but having no help from anyone. One cannot expect one person to do everything. That's not fair!! His service was great! Thanks but no thanks. We are used to better than that!!!!

With no prejudice to any of my legal rights I wish to inform you, you did not book a self catering unit, it was clearly noted to you as our self catering units were fully booked. – you can’t think what you were booking you need to read properly and know what you have booked.

The size of the room is “F1” style is exactly that. And then this exaggeration of ” Hidden in a bush in the back of nowhere“- the property has a lot of trees and shrubs – not what you describe, 4 of the 6 rooms has a view of the dam and is located behind the main building – shame on you! As for the people arguing and you could hear it – come on I cannot control that!!! And then why didn’t you notify someone to address the matter? The information of each type of accommodation is clearly stated on the website. Please do not blame us for you not reading the room descriptions properly. I hate it when people BS like this after the fact. Kindly correct your review!

Not up to standard for what you are paying. Poorly equipped. Shower drain was blocked, had to dig out loads of hair and rubbish to unblock it to be able to use it. I doubt if it was ever was cleaned. Sleeper couch did not fold down flat and it was broken. Railing to stairs loose. Staff at resort not friendly at all. Never again!

The stay was nice. It just needs to be maintained a bit. Lighting to fish at night is required. Also, the place we stayed in was not too clean and could be serviced a bit more.
