I booked and paid for a specific room (orange) as advertised on the website, but was given a room with children's bunker beds because of 'renovations', which then did not take place.
Then arranged for a braai, but had to try and find the owner eventually because nothing was set.
Had to go and get a spatula at shop to bake eggs because of a poorly provided kitchen.
No thank you, never again.
