Very comfortable room and the location is ideal, near all the nice Melville shops and restaurants.

The room I was booked in was perfect - clean, spacious with everything in place. I got clean towels everyday which was a bonus. However, one negative point is the entry/exit situation. The gate is not remote controlled (padlock only) which resulted that I, as the guest (and at my cost), had to phone reception every time I want to leave and or enter the premises.
Perhaps this guesthouse should re-think this method as I believe this manner of entering/exit will eventually make guests think twice to return.
