Five Star Food and lovely accommodation
A beautifully restored 1906 sandstone with huge rooms, real duvets and pillows. Must be goose down in my opinion.But the food; Kaye the hostess is a trained chef - Southern Sun Hotels - and produces superb, delicious food. Best Guesthouse in South Africa!

17 on Beeton is a jewel in the crown of the Maloti Route!In all our travels, we have never experienced such hospitality. Kaye has a remarkable natural intuition for the individual needs of her guests and we felt positively pampered in this very tastefully classy, homely and warm environment. The a-la-carte cuisine from Isabella’s, that we were able to enjoy in a romantic fire-side dinner for 2 in our room, was also top class.
